Le Château Royal

We had our company holiday party in this beautiful reception hall in Laval. It was spacious and beautifully decorated for the upcoming holidays! This would be a nice reception hall for a wedding or special gathering. I would recommend this 100%Spacious parking!

We hosted a wedding and Everything went well but we have lost our family jewelry. We informed them concerning the lost items. First they looked at the camera and said they were unable to find anything. Then we requested to see the video with them so we could clearly identify. The Video shows that one of their cleaning lady took the missing jewel (it was in a green pouch) and left it at the bar. Then the same lady took it back somewhere instead of advising ppl if someone had lost any items. They called the cleaning lady several times and she never answered or return the call until few days after. She claimed that she left it at the claiming place. Then they said they will book an appointment between us and the cleaning lady, so we all can look together. Until now no-one called or found the jewelry. 100 % sure that one of their staff took it but aren't too generous to give back.During the wedding time, I didn't sleep enough that week and prior to wedding day.I was so exhausted and tied that I misplaced our family tradition wedding jewelry :(I can't believe that people aren't nice to give back the jewels that we lost.If your hosting any events be careful with your items and don't trust anyone

BEST VENUE EVER !!We were very pleased to plan our wedding with Terry and his fantastic team . They were after every single detail and very much accommodating to every single request. We are beyond happy to see how successful our event went and would definitely recommend this venue and more specifically the planning team .

From start to finish, the ownership group and support staff were professional, helpful, and meticulous with regards to making our wedding day a beautiful event. The cocktail hour was outstanding, food was great, the set-up was comforting, the service staff made our guests feel right at home. Hats off to the chef, our guests had a great dining experience. We had a wonderful experience from the planning to the execution of our event. The team at Chateau Royal was very attentive to our needs and always sought to propose the best solutions possible. Our guests were extremely impressed with the food and all the venue had to offer. A big thank you!

My husband and I just got married here and highly recommended. They made our vision come to life. They are attentive to what you want, the food is delicious and the service was quick the night of. We keep getting calls from our guests saying how amazing it was. Thank you Terry and Penny for making it an unforgettable experience.

Nice reception hall. If you want consistency I recommend booking your events here. Bathroom, general ambiance and staff always nice and well maintained.

We had our daughter's baptism at their ballroom, everything was top notch from the start, the first discussion 'till the last handshake. Thx guys, looking forward coming there for the next event we'll have. Thx Teo and co.
